Hey,
I've got a Frost/Arc mage and I'm wondering if this ring stacks if I put on 2 of them. It's pretty nifty in AE grinding, and would be great if it did. Might buy another but I'm not really familiar with blizz's balancing way. Some things seem to stack and some don't =/
Freezing Band
Binds when equipped
Finger
+10 Frost Resistance
Requires Level 47
Equip: Increases damage done by Frost spells and effects by up to 15.
Equip: When struck in combat has a 1% chance of inflicting 50 Frost damage to the attacker and freezing them for 5 sec.
