WoW community site down?

was trying to see if there was an eta of when the servers would be back up but the site doesnt work... is it just me? anyone else getting this?

It's called overload -- on an anemic forum server. They've always been wimpy and whenever too many people are trying to browse them (ie patches or server downs) they get jammed and crash, won't load, etc. They may have intentionally brought them down until the servers go back up, also... the forums turn into chaos...

No webserver can handle the DOS attacks caused by WOW servers going down. :P

nother question.. since im new to stress test and what not was just wondering with the normal downtime is for the servers after a patch?
