really it's gonna depend on what the hard numbers are for the racial traits.
What active/cooldown timers are for some of the abilities, etc. It's too early to call in all honesty.

Yep, like just how ''wounded'' does a troll have to be to go apeshit on your ass.

25% berserk is really good for fast weapons and fast spells like flash heals.
A rogue with roughly 1.5 delay per hand will hit close to 20 times if they last their entire berserk.
With a high crit rate this should be lethal considering your opponent is probably low health/mana as well.
I have more fun using berserk to cast spirit wolf in less than a second, get out of range, and heal to full. Then come back with 10 seconds left on my berserk.
A troll priest could keep himself shielded for some close to instant cast flash heals.
A mage could bust some mad damage with a 6sec pyro etc.
Crowd control immunity is still amazing powerful tho.

undead, rogues jobs in pvp is the kill casters... whats the point of being a caster killer if you can just get insta ae feared outa town? theres no other choice but undead for a rogue.

Execute > 20% zerk
Not to mention, anytime in PVP when you get below 20% health, you're basically dead..

What's the cool-down on fear immunity?

2o sec active/2 minute cooldown I believe.
Based on my experience from dueling rogues as a priest, it is essential to get the UD fear immunity but this may not be the case when dealing with other classes. I do have to say that if you can avoid AE fear, two out of three cloth wearers (priest/warlock) are helpless against you.
