If you feel you are an exceptional player, yes, we'd absolutely love to hear from you regardless of our current recruiting needs.

Killing Heroic Anub'arak 25 is still a requirement, especially if you're a hunter. If you haven't killed Anub'arak by this point, you're probably not what we're looking for. Pugs on Blackrock can come within 10% of doing it, so I feel it is justified as a baseline standard of qualification.

Well, I am a druid tank, and I have done the fight in 25 man heroic several times, always as the MT and a few times as dps, and the only reason I don't have the achievement isn't failure on my part. I have been in a top guild before and I understand the need for performance on a fight like that.

I guess I am just tired of grinding it out in lower awful guilds for the sake of playing with friends. I am tired of doing the research and understanding all facets of a new encounter in just 2-3 pulls, while the people around me take 20-30 attempts to pick up a very basic aspect of the encounter.

I will fill out an application and let you guys decide, and if it comes down to my not having the achievement, I can respect that.

If you fail to meet all of our requirements (http://www.nurfed.com/wp-content/themes/nurfed-11/images/backgrounds/requirements.png) as outlined on the application form, you will be automatically declined. If you meet those criteria but still receive a rejection notice, you are simply not the sort of player we're seeking... though for any variety of reasons, including (but not limited to): attitude, experience, guild history, general intelligence, poor communication skills, lack of creativity, questionable gems/enchants, etc.

I will not provide exacting details for a dismissal due to the fact that a candidate could simply craft their next application around the guidelines I (inadvertently) set forth by pointing out their flaws. If this policy seems unfair or confusing, I apologize, but it is our method for ensuring that we receive only the highest quality applicants.
