I plan to create a warrior first time, cus I don't like using mana and mage tactics, including priest. I plan to use the MS build of

Improved Rend - 3/3 points
Increases the bleed damage done by your Rend ability by 35%.

Tactical Mastery - 5/5 points
You retain up to 25 of your rage points when you change stances.

Improved Charge - 2/2 points
Increases the rage generated by your Charge ability by 6.

Improved Overpower - 2/2 points
Increases the critical strike chance of your Overpower ability by 50%.

Deep Wounds - 3/3 points
Your critical strikes cause the opponent to bleed, dealing 60% of your melee weapon's average damage over 12 seconds.

Impale - 2/2 points
Increases the critical strike damage done by your abilities in Battle, Defensive, and Berserker stance by 20%.

Two-Handed Weapon Specialization - 5/5 points
Increases the damage you deal with two-handed weapons melee weapons by 5%.

Sweeping Strikes - 1/1 point
You next 5 melee weapon swings strike an additional nearby opponent.

Improved Hamstring - 2/2 points
Increases the movement slow effect of your Hamstring ability by 20%.

Mortal Strike - 1/1 point
A vicious strike that deals 200% weapon damage and wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 10 seconds.

Fury Talents (20 points)

Cruelty - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to get a critical strike with melee weapons by 5%.

Booming Voice - 1/5 point
Increases the duration of your Battle Shout and Demoralizing Shout by 10%.

Improved Demoralizing Shout - 5/5 points
Increases the attack power reduction of your Demoralizing Shout by 25%.

Piercing Howl - 1/1 point
Causes all enemies near the warrior to be dazed for 6 seconds.

Blood Craze - 3/3 points
Allows 15% of your Health regeneration to work during combat for 20 seconds after being the victim of a critical strike.

Enrage - 5/5 points
Gives you a 40% melee damage bonus for 4 swings any time you are the victim of a critical strike.

My first question is, what are some strats with using this build for pvp situations? My second questions is are shamans better than warriors? I hear they are healing warriors basically. My third question is what two professions should I take up? Mining/Engineering, or BS/Mining.
Thanks.

I'll try to answer some of your questions.
1. Strats- each class really has its own strat to beat, and i can pretty safely say that the same strategey doesn't always work.
2. Shamans being warriors that can heal? hardly. Sure a shaman has some similiarities to warriors (Flurry, wearing mail armor, etc) But the difference is big. A shaman will never melee as good as a warrior and if they try to they'll be ripped up. A shaman is a hybrid, they are a good class to play if you want a bit of both the casting and melee aspect of the game.
3. As for the last one I really cant say. Be whatever you think you will benefit the most from be it gold or PvP. I mean, Ellix is a enchanter =\

That talent setup will work well. Are you going to be a troll? Because Blood Craze isn't that great imo if not.

As far as tactics go. Just try to utilize as much of your abilities in each stance as possible. If you stay in Battle Stance you're putting yourself at a disadvantage. Make sure to switch for Intercept, Disarm, Pummel etc.

Are Shaman better than Warriors? I can't really say. I would say they're overall better in 1v1 PvP than Warriors are. Better in group PvP? I'm not sure, I play Alliance :P.

Engineering or Blacksmithing? Well, both have their advantages. Being able to make armor for yourself and your friends/guild is nice as you level up. It starts to lose it's effectiveness though. The trinket you get from Blacksmithing (Fear immunity for 30 seconds) is nice. I haven't done Engineering so I can't comment on that.

Even if Sintor will say something else, I am pretty sure that Blood Craze just sucks.

If you get +200 Spirit Equip, it will give you an additional 27 Regen/Tick with Bloodcraze. Bloodcraze has 6 ticks.. so its 162 Regen over 18 seconds.
Okay. Now take +200 Stamina Equip, this will give you an additional 2000 hitpoints.
2000 / 27 = 74 ticks = 222 seconds = 3 min 42 sec
If you receive a critical hit every 20 seconds for nearly 4 minutes, always stay in battle and never get full health again its worth it.

Troll would have 50 Regen/Tick, but 20 without bloodcraze anyway so it doesnt make a real difference. Screw Spirit and go Agi/Str with Impr Battleshout - personal oppinion.

(The numbers were taking from my tauren warrior 60 and regeneration rate was recorded with ctmod tick and mathed down... should be right)
