Hey guys, I am a student at UR and am still getting used to the Richmond area. Now that WoW has a set release date I am going to go ahead and preorder the game. I was just wondering what store you guys recommend me to preorder from? I know about the EB Games at Stoney Point and all those Best Buys/Circuit City's near Short Pump on Broad but do you guys have any better choices? I only ask this because the 23rd is my last day of classes and the day I leave for Thanksgiving break and I wanted to pick up the game before my train leaves.

In the past I didn't pre-order any games because there are so many gameshops for Richmond. Doom3, EB had it a day early and I was glad I didn't pre-order it. I ended up calling a few stores the day before release and found one that was selling it early.
There is a lot to choose from between Regency, Short Pump, Chesterfiend Town Center, and Stoney Point. I wouldn't even bother to preorder and just day-off or day-before expect to make a few calls. The only thing worth preordering would be a Collectors Edition.

Yea I want the Collector's Edition. And I would be extremly interested if any of you knew a store that usually gets copies in early because it would be alot easier for me getting it the day before I leave rather than trying to rush to get it on Tues between the hour and a half time span I have before my last class and my train departure time.

EBGames at Short Pump by the Wall-Mart usually gets games in on time or early, so does the Games Warehouse in Regency Square, both have been pretty good at getting games in on time.

Heh...I use that method of problem solving just a little too often.

Hmm wow never noticed where you guys were from.
I grew up in Spotsylvania, VA. Moved in 5th grade to IL.
If any of you went to Brock Road Elementary, well... that would just be strange ;)
ciao
