My ovn texture

Hi guys
For a long time i useTwin Dragon hud. Great hud but i want to change castbar texture.
I try to do it by my self but my ovn texture has a background (cant set background alpha to 0) or crashes the game after begining any cast.
Can You give me some info about tga file that Nurfed will correctly display or maybe some image editor for such thinks?

Can i render to texture in OpenGL ES?
Its the same way we render to texture in the OpenGL?

I wanna render to texture and get the pixel of this texture.

If someone have an example or may give me any kind of help, i would appreciate that.
