Engineering question

Hi everyone, new too this forum, and btw great site nurfed ;)

I thought id ask a small question here, i gonna play Shaman in the EU retail and heading for Engineering.

So the thing is, should i take Gnomish or Goblin?, any of em that are more suitable for Shamans?, or just better then the other?.

It just boils down to this:

Do you want to use gadgets that do nasty crap (With a chance to do nasty crap to you too) to your enemies/beneficial crap to you and party members (with a chance of simply not working) (Gnome)

Or do you want to blow the crap out of every living enemies...and yourself sometimes (Goblin)
