Can't find HUD

I'm back in game after 6 months and what is the first thing i get? right my favourite addon :)
but i'm missing my favourite HUD, i think it was called "Heavy Tank HUD" or something like that.

Please tell me it's updated and working in WoTLK.

Can't find Downloads section on forums also :\
