Priest Grinding?

I am duoing with a warrior/ soloing for my leveling. Would it be better to grind or quest? I have heard a lot of rumors that grinding is better.

I'd say grind while picking up grindable quests. Try to dump long useless walking quests unless you really need the quest reward item. Hard to do when you haven't already been through most quests already though, you might miss some nice chained quests.
