View Full Version : Grinding as a Warrior?
Well.. I've rolled a Warrior alt, and of course without suprise grinding seems much more tedious than a rogue.. and even my priest. :o
Are there any tips to grinding as a Warrior? Avoid casters? (no interrupt in arms.. or should I grind in zerk?) Should I stick to -5's? lol.. Any common used chains like rogue/priest?
I'm probally doing ok, but after playing rogue/priest the XP I'm pulling just does NOT seem efficient.

get a Fury build, get piercing howl, get tactical mastery and anger management.
Learn how to switch stances often and use all of your abilities.

Warriors are not meant to be alts. Roll something else :P
I think warriors grind fine, when I was grinding (only grinded high 40's - 60) I'd use zerk stance against casters for pummel. Take up first aid, you'll need it. Building up rage and using the cleave/sweeping strikes combo speeds up exp some too.
Otherwise it's pretty straight forward.

AFAIK cleave/ss hasnt worked together in a quite a long time. I've fought multiple mobs with sweeping strikes and without it, its a worthless skill imo, cleave however, is nice.

Still works, it just doesn't display the damage. You can notice it because it will make the sweeping strikes animation play more than once per swing.
SS isn't worthless, it's just made for farming SM. ;)
