Is this Nurfed?

Alright, so over the last 2 weeks or so I have been trying to hunt down the unit frames that I saw from a video.

I tracked it down to a Korean site, but can't download them as I need to register for Naver. The site is in Korean, which wasn;t the problem as I was able to translate the site and get pretty far in the process, but there is a confirmation code that is phoned in, so I couldn't finalize it.

I posted them somewhere else and somebody said they might be an unreleased version of Nurfed? Figured I would come here to figure more stuff out.

The buffs/debuffs of the target and the debuffs of the player are easily done through other mods, but the rest of it is beyond my capability. I attempted it with Pitbull, but it came out quite sloppily.

That looks like it could be a nurfed layout but its never been posted here that i know of.
From my understanding of AG_Unitframes and pitbull i believe you could make one like that. It looks most like a basis of AG_unitframes but i dunno if there were alot of layouts for that.

its weird tho. no ToT frames (unless that warlock isn't targeting anything), but they're on the focus target. I can't tell what that 4th bar is on the Player frame [hp/rage/rep/?(swing timer?)] like 0 info on the target frame. still, its an interesting UI because its so crazily minimal yet has alot of important pvp info readily available, except some stuff on the target frame.

The target of target is the far right of the 3 bottom frames. The left two are focus and focus' target.

I wonder if I can talk him into hosting it on a site that doesn't require much effort to register for.
