Hi,
WoW Retail is going to start in Europe soon and its quite possible that you can not unlearn talents anymore unlike in the US Retail.

I couldnt get to lvl 60 in the Beta yet, so i wanted to ask what you think about the Talentbuild i planned. I am going to chose an orc warrior because of the look, +5 axe skill and the nice stun/knockout resistance.

So heres the build:

Arms Talents (31 points)

# Deflection - 5/5 points
Increases your Parry chance by 5%.

# Improved Heroic Strike - 2/3 points
Reduces the cost of your Heroic Strike ability by 2 rage points.

# Improved Charge - 2/2 points
Increases the rage generated by your Charge ability by 6.

# Tactical Mastery - 5/5 points
You retain up to 25 of your rage points when you change stances.

# Anger Management - 1/1 point
Increases the time required for your Rage to decay while out of combat by 30%.

# Improved Overpower - 2/2 points
Increases the critical strike chance of your Overpower ability by 50%.

# Two-Handed Weapon Specialization - 5/5 points
Increases the damage you deal with two-handed weapons melee weapons by 5%.

# Axe Specialization - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to get a critical strike with Axes by 5%.

# Sweeping Strikes - 1/1 point
You next 5 melee weapon swings strike an additional nearby opponent.

# Improved Hamstring - 2/2 points
Increases the movement slow effect of your Hamstring ability by 20%.

# Mortal Strike - 1/1 point
A vicious strike that deals 200% weapon damage and wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 10 seconds.

Fury Talents (20 points)

# Cruelty - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to get a critical strike with melee weapons by 5%.

# Unbridled Wrath - 5/5 points
Gives you a 40% chance to generate an additional Rage point when you deal melee damage.

# Improved Battle Shout - 5/5 points
Increases the Attack Power bonus of your Battle Shout by 25%.

# Enrage - 5/5 points
Gives you a 40% melee damage bonus for 4 swings any time you are the victim of a critical strike.

Protection Talents (0 points)

# None

My question would be if piercing howl is a musthave or if you can live without it, thanks for input.

Talents are available for the Warrior, Priest, Rogue, Druid, Shaman, and Mage classes. Talents will eventually be available for all classes.

Finally, for the duration of the beta, you will be able to find an NPC in each city that will allow you to reset your talent points and experiment with different talent paths. (Note: this option is ONLY available in the beta).

Same thing on EN page. Btw, this is so US beta. Its old, outdated and wrong.
You will be able to respec for certain amount of gold even in EU retail.

I would suggest going the Improved Rend > Deep Wound > Impale route.

As far as Piercing Howl goes, I think it's one of the best talents we get. I would drop the Unbridled Wrath (which seems fairly useless with slow two-handers) and one point in Improved Battle Shout and get Improved Demo shout and Piercing Howl.
