Missing Raid target icon and party pet, need help plz

Im using kollektiv's layout.

However im missing raid target icon and party pet bar.

Is there a way to put party pet bar to the left of the party frame?

I'm using modified simplicity, and I'm using frigidframes on 2 different chars and I also do not have party pets, which I really need on my paladin, can someone help :O
