Hello, I was wondering how I could get the cast bar to look like this on focus,target in Gclol's video.

I personally use Quartz for my castbars, which is kind of like that.

Though, I'm not entirely sure how to force the Nurfed Frames into showing it. I'd say "wait for Tivoli to implement his Frame Editor" but who knows how long that'll take. *shrug* Someone else who has a little more experience editting LUA / making nurfed changes may be of some help.
