I've heard people say questing is the fastest way to level and I've heard people say grinding is faster. While it seems slow to me while grinding, I have not grinded through a full level. Which do you think is the faster way to level?? And if you say grinding, where are some nice grinding locations?

I personally think it depends on the class. Someone with a high DPS would level faster off of grinding however someone with less DPS might find questing or even DUO Questing to be faster.

A combination of both is the way to do it.
What I do is take as many quests as possible in the same area then head to those quest locations killing things that get in my way even if there green. There is no need to rush to the quest location, get the quest done then run all the way back to complete the quest and get the xp and items.
Never heard back to the town or npc until you have all the quests done. Once there all done then head back for a nice amount of xp.

imho i find the best time to turn quests in is just after u have leveled through grinding the remainder out. its such a nice moral boost to get 2 or 3 bubbles of XP straight off the bat, immediately after the level, you soon forget about the 2 hours spent grinding.

I did both, i would quest when i did not feel like grinding. I would grind when i did not feel like questing (or there were no "Easy" quests that i could do).

The fastest by far is to grind on quests. I.e. "Kill 100 blah", and ""get 5 baubles". You grind and then get bonus exp on top of it.
Never do quests that involve travel, nor that don't give exp in the act of performing it.

Its all depends on what you like, im playing a preist and have only grinded when i was close to lvl, or in groups in different instances.
But imo grinding in a group in a instance just redoing it over and over for items and xp is both good fun, nice items, and very nice xp :)
Questing is nice when solo or duo :)

Grinding is faster, but can get tedious.
It really doesn't take that long to get a character 60, and since it will be a while before hero classes anyhow, take your time.
The question of which is faster seems less relevent then the question of which is more enjoyable. Remember you can't lose exp: you're gonna get 60 and stay there.
Even for great grinding classes like hunter/rogue i would recommend using thottbott to figure out all the places you do quests at for your lvl. Then only grind when you're at awkward points where all your quests are a little too hard.

Everyone has said good points, but It all just depends on the char. I mean if you don't feel like waiting for pals to do some quests then don't. If you find a good grinding spot like ok loot drops then stick there for a bit each each. It's an easy way to saveup, and work on those last precious levels. To me though everything including grinding is better in pairs. Up to U.
