Sword Specialization Talent

After a barrage of changes, does this talent affect special attacks now? Or only auto-attack swings (white damage)? I've asked several warriors with the talent, and I they've said it works. One person mentioned that it procs on special attacks, but does the attack again, so if he used a hamstring, it simply just does the hamstring again.

Can anyone clarify this?

i wasnt sword specced since classic, but afaik it changed nothing. Xtra attack on evry attack u make but resets swing timer.
