How can i get target health for my nurfed?

either for the default or for stickys ui (the 1 with the blue nurfed unitframes) is there anyway i can get target health for mob or player? in pvp pick my target and only have 100, and it goes down as his hp goes down. or for the default nurfed frames without the skin its 100(100) and it goes down from 100 when damaged, the same for a mob in pve. is there anyway i can get the health for my nurfed, preferably default, without changing the entire skin?
