Anyone can tell me where this guy is? We have swept the place clean, still no sight. Is he a rare spawn?

He is one of the bosses that spawn randomly on the second stage of the arena.

The 2nd stage is usually bats/snakes for us...but ok, we will try it again (shit haven't hit that spot in over a month or 2).

Bats/snakes are the first stage, the named are the second. Gorosh is the rarest spawn from the named I believe.
