My account got jacked on friday and i've been going through all sorts of bullshit trying to get it back. It was up on ebay and everything, so they locked it down and asked me for all this info..which i sent..yet i continue to get nothing but automated responses. I've called 3 times, emailed the account admins 6 times and received 4 of the same copy/pasted email responses....right now i'm about to throw in the towel and say fuck it all. Any tips? How did you get yours back so quickly? Any numbers/email addresses i should try to get ahold of that you can send me? thanks for any tips you can send my way. If you dont wanna drop specifics here...

IMO, it may have just been good luck. I've gotten responses from GMs (for pretty unimportant issues) within a few hours of filing a petition, but I also remember waiting eight days for an account suspension petition to be answered when the game was released.

Friend of a dev for like 6 years, doesn't take much to get service in that regard. At any rate, in your case just keep emailing and petitioning till you get the service, don't take the normal shit answers untill you're satisfied.
