Someone PMed me asking for the images from my old Phoeix 2.0 HuD so here they are.
I don't have the time nor desire at the moment to make a layout for them though, but you should be able to use Shield's directions in his Twin-Dragons Hud thread and simply replace with my images and then play with the anchor coordinates.
