Now, don't get me wrong, I'm quite aware how cool MS is, and so on. The thing I'd really love is some thoughts from you guys (namely Nurfed Officers playing Warriors) as to why you ended up with this build. What considerations you made, what conclusion you came up with, why protection doesn't work, and what Arms/Fury is good for in a group PvP fight, etc.
On the thread with Indals spec there are many "prot builds stink" comments, but no reasoning. A discussion of the different specs and their strengths and weaknesses from someone competent enough to do so (Hi Sintor/Indal/others :)) would be awesome.

Warriors are a decent pvp class but only in group pvp scenarios. Mainly because most people ignore warriors until they are the last target so we get to run rampant and unleash our wrath onto the enemies with impunity.
If you see a Warrior running around with Shield and Sword, why try to attack him? He will deal hardly any damage and you better kill the "dangerous" classes (everything else). And if you are going to use 2h in PvP anyway, there is no Reason to get Protection Talents.

But, wouldn't the protection talents offer some utility in PvP aswell, say silence/stun effects etc?
A thorough discussion of talents would really rock ^^

I started with a Fury build, but have since switched to an MS build because I have found it to be better in PvP.
Why don't I go defensive? Not enough damage output. Plain and simple. Yes, a defensively spec'd warrior with elite gear can survive for a helluva long time, but if I had the same gear using a 2H with MS, there wouldn't even be a fight in my opinion.
I just prefer doing more damage than being a meatshield.. I would say it all comes down to playing style. We have a lvl 60 Warrior in my guild who is entirely defensive spec'd and his gear is insane. I have never seen anyone tank as well as he does.
I guess it is just up to what you want to do with your warrior.

i'm liking fury for grinding, but will respec MS for high level pvp.
