Read threads, modify things in a "Quick'n'dirty" way and have something that almost run.
So I share it.
For feedback, please avoid complaining...
Just move your gloss pictures files to Nurfed/Images directory instead of Nurfed_Hud/Images, put the layout.lua in the Nurfed directory then through nurfed in game menu->Frames->Import Layout.
