TBC Warrior Leveling. 2h vs. Dual Wield

With the new honor system, and the relative ease of attaining high-quality weapons, I figured I'd get some quality opinions on what's going to be the fastest leveling method for TBC.

I'd guess dualwielding since rage has been nerfed, but then again my warrior is retired like a year and a half ago.

i'd say 2her, you miss alot on higher level mobs so unless you can upgrade your hit gear well, a 2her would be better

i'd also say that i'll depend on the rest of your gear. HWL suck if you wear valor but if you get field marshals and some other good epics on the rest of the slots you may go fury. with lionheart and titanics it shouldn't be a real problem to get ~10% Hit + 3% from spec.

btw. you also miss with 2hers and that sucks a lot more than missing with your offhand.

hit rating is what kills it, its very hard at 60 to top out at 25% hit with dw, while 5% is easily done, and it stays pretty much the same way at xpac; you just dont have the time to get the hit gear like you do at 60 while leveling at least.

You don't need 25% hit, just get as much as you can get (about 10%) and be happy about it.

except your hit scales down with each lvl doesnt it?

True, didn't think about that. But you're still going to change some items while you're leveling so you're (hopefully) gonna get some more hitrating then you have now.

Go fury if you're going to be grinding / questing solo/duo. Mobs will die MUCH MUCH faster to dual wield than to 2H. (<- you want a decent amount of hit - which really isn't hard to get leveling to 70)

If you plan on instance grinding to 70 (which I'm sure almost everyone will be doing to avoid the zerg of players to outlands), 2H is fine.

If your already got raid level fury gear definetly stay that ><
If your in blues/a few epics imo go 2handed, you really need high AP and decent +hit/crit to go fury. Grind out a HWL/GM 2h and some pvp gear now to help if your gear isn't good.
