I was wondering if anyone knew what quest gave this as a reward, or what might drop it? I heard it was a Scholomance quest but I don't see any chains that lead to this. Thanks!

I wouldn't have posted if it actually told me where to get it, all it gives is a description and a few people going "OMG WHERE DO I GET THIS?!" Not much help if you ask me...

Scholomance, the chain starts from the ghosts right outside.

Butcher -> Jandice -> Blood -> Rose.
