Talent Spec question for Verb

i saw your talent build on wowrankings.com and was surpised to see dual swords with an arms build. My question for you is does Sword specialization and unbridled wraith compensate for the hit % loss with dw?

Looks like he spams heroic strike, and I'm guessing using two swords with sword talent might proc quite a bit for some ok dmg.

I still heard duel wield misses alot though so not sure how it works.
