Thought's on DW mace spec at 70?

Just a build I thought would be fun to tryout once I get lvl 70, could make PvP a little more bearable as DW and retain the DPS capabilities for PvE.

3/3 Precision instead of imp zerk rage & Piercing Howl IMO.

Otherwise, I've thought about doing something similar to this myself. Either with swords or maces.

Mace stun sucks imho since they implemented diminishing returns for stuns and i don't think that you really need the 2 rage from the proc as a fury but i also wanted to try this at least once :>

Didn't they fix the diminishing returns, or is it back to being shitty? ;\

Proc stuns are on a different DR timer than controlled stuns like Charge, Intercept, CS/KS, HoJ, etc. It does still have diminishing returns though.
