I love that draenei paladin, he's big, like a tauren <3 but bloodelves.. bleh.. that cinematic makes bloodelves (aka horde) look like big bad meanies. and I hate it if this game turns out to a goodguy badguy game :O (sometimes feels like it is already since ¾ of WoW is alliance)
