nurfed EU branch?

Heya, I'm from Germany and I've been playing in both STs/OB and since US retail start. My current guild was formed by most of the decent, highest lvl horde players on my server, we've been raiding a lot since we got to 60, but for some reason the number of ppl available for raids has been declining over the past 2 weeks. I'm also quite tired (literally, I do work full time) of getting up at 2 AM (only to spend the next hours trying to get a raid going). We don't even have a single Drakefire amulet yet *sigh*.

Anyways, I want to switch over to EU WoW, but I need a decent guild with at least a core group of very experienced, hardcore players. I know nurfed has some EU players, have you ever considered starting an EU branch?
If not, could anyone here point me to a decently experienced EU guild? Needs to be horde/pvp. I've spent quite some time looking around and had no luck so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to take a look at SUN ( http://www.guildofsun.com ). Although they are the enemy, they are quite a challenge. :)

gonna play alliance tho, due to the fact that pretty much all good pvp guilds go horde, and we want a challenge... so i guess u arent interested then?

Well, i liked to know if there is any EU Raid Guild(serious guild) which main language is ENGLISH. Even though i'm danish it's the only other language i know. All the guilds(WaR LegenD, Hellboys etc.) i've talked to is either french or german.

Are the SUN guild an english guild?. And do you guys have any recommendations?.

Well, maybe it's not such a good idea with a Nurfed branch, i personally think multi guilds/clans are wack.

There's actually a bunch of english (international) guilds that will participate immediately from day one of the launch of European retail. You just have to choose your allegiance and start promoting yourself. If you do - I'm positive that one of these days you'll find your perfect guild.

If you're into horde you might want to check out Nolby Pride, apart from War Legends they were the only ones who actually accomplished something on the flip side of the European CB.

Thanks for the reply. Yes i'm a proud horde member, and i do remember getting my ass kicked by you in Hillsbrad 2-3 times ;), but that was back in the 20ish.

Nolby Pride you say, i might wonna check them out. But i always thought they were Alliance, due to their name, don't know why. Don't seem like they are recruiting.

Well i looked WaR LegenD's homepage up and they are only recruiting french speaking people.

But since most of the good PvP guilds are going to the same server, i better be showing my skills(whatskillz?;)).

I'm just hoping Blizzard release the server names before Final Beta comes to an end sometime this weekend of sometime next week because myself and a few members of Bunnies from hell are making a pvp guild come retail, under a different name though.

World of Warcraft is going to be released on the 11th of this month in the UK, not sure what the release date is for the rest of Europe.

Well, now i checked almost all the known horde guilds out, and the only guild which i didn't get a strickly "we DON'T recruit" from was SUN. But they all known each other from DAoC.

Seems like i have to wait untill release to find a guild, even though it would have been great to have one before retail.

All i'm looking for is a organized guild, who do not wander arround in TM and zerg/ganking all day.

If we recruited before retail where we get a chance to play with people, you wouldn't want to join our guild in the first place.
