Rogue Energie Regeneration Rate

Well, on this end of the atlantic ocean (europe) the final beta is about 10 days old and while playing a rogue and tlaking with other people on different fanpages i came to wonder, what die actual energy regeneration rate is. Most people claim you get 20 energy every 2 seconds while others say it's 20 energy every 1.5 seconds. So maybe Kintoun or one of the other experienced rogue players can answer me this question.

Other than that i am a lazy w***e and i will just take one of Kintouns builds.

You can't be serious. I know, that there are a couple of Rogue in here, that have passed Level 40 long ago, so you can't tell me, none of you know the answer to this.
