Well if somebody already post this just link and I'll be happy, butI couldn't find it anywhere. Basicly, I was pretty decent with the 1.12.1 version of Nurfed and making custom layouts, but the new version seems duanting.
Is everything inside of wow to edit the entire layout? Is is possible to do distros easily?
Is there a guide to editing all of these things?

I played around with it on the test server a little and I gotta say that I like the change.

The first difference you will notice is that the layout.lua file is gone (for now). Everything that you could do in the text editor editing the LUA file and constantly RUI'ing is donebar. (NOTE: This is not saying that layout files are gone completly, rather you can create your own custom layout with out creating a layout.lua file like you would previously) There is now a handy little editor for each frame that Nurfed creates and all of the properties can be changed inside of it on the fly without any reloading. Much less time consuming and your changes are seen as you type them in.

The best comparison I can make between the new way of making layouts is the Discord Frame Modifier, it's very similar to that if you have used it before.

Yeah, while I agree its easier to watch the changes you make while your figuring out small things, actually doing mass edits are very time consuming compared to the older method. You have to edit each option by hand browsing through a lot of submenus when you used to be able to just write 5 lines of code.

I personally came over from Discord as I found the layout.lua method to be much easier for creating custom layouts.

The layout method will be coming back in, so you will be able to use either method ;). I still haven't finished it all yet, you will be able to export out your layout and copy/paste the frame table in game so it will be much easier for the novice to create and share and the more advanced users the same "notepad" interface to import/export as well.

Also sharing your frames with someone in game will be possible ;).

I modyfied my layout ingame using the menus, but as soon as i reloaded my UI, they reset back to default. Any way to prevent these?

I think there is a save frame button you have to hit below the variables, if I recall correctly (at work so cant check myself).
