First build:

Assassination talents (21 pts)

- Improved eviscerate 3/3
- Remorseless attacks 1/5
- Malice 5/5
- Ruthlessness 3/3
- Murder 2/2
- Relentless strikes 1/1
- Lethality 5/5
- Cold blood 1/1

Combat talents (8 pts)

- Improved gouge 3/3
- Improved sinister strike 2/2
- Improved Backstab 3/3

Subtelty talents (22 pts)

- Camouflage 5/5
- Opportunity 5/5
- Improved ambush 3/3
- Initiative 5/5
- Improved sap 3/3
- Preparation 1/1

I like that one very much, the only thing bugging me is that I dont have seal fate, which is bugged atm making it pretty powerful.

2nd build

Assasination talents (30 pts)

- Improved eviscerate 3/3
- Remorseless attacks 5/5
- Malice 5/5
- Ruthlessness 3/3
- Murder 2/2
- Relentless strikes 1/1
- Lethality 5/5
- Cold blood 1/1
- Seal fate 5/5

Combat talents (8 pts)

- Improved gouge 3/3
- Improved sinister strike 2/2
- Improved Backstab 3/3

Subtelty talents (13 pts)

- Camouflage 5/5
- Opportunity 5/5
- Improved ambush 3/3 OR Initiative 3/5

That build takes advantage of the bugged seal fate, while sacrificing preparation =(. The only way I could get both preparation and seal fate is by sacrificing imp backstab but I believe doing so is pretty retarded since seal fate wouldnt be very useful without it.

Let me know what you guys think.

lvl 59 now need to make up my mind quick!

The main thing im wondering is if its a waste to get seal fate and not get imp bs since ive never tried either.

if you use daggers, (which i assume you do or you wouldn't have gotten imp ambush in both builds).. then you're going to see a big jump in backstab damage at 60 when you get the final rank, so giving up imp backstab right before you get a big dmg boost from it would just seem silly to me.

If you give up daggers, then you don't really need seal fate and preperation as much as you need talents in the combat tree (such as mace mastery and riposte)

in my opinion, if you want to stick with daggers, then you NEED imp backstab.
So you're just going to have to choose between seal fate and prep.

The way i see it is:

 30/8/13 is built for more consistent high dmg output.
(more combo points = more evis or kidney shot.. simple as that)

 21/8/22 is built for more situational burst dmg and utility.
(ambush, gouge, backstab, blind, backstab, cb evis... vanish, prep, and do it again[huge burst dmg]... however after you blow your load on those two bursts, you won't build combo pts anywhere near as fast over the longrun = less dmg output than seal fate build. imp sap is also a great group utility for most instance runs)

On a side note: (and i could be wrong about this, but i'm about 80% positive) the seal fate bug only works when you get a crit caused by remorseless. so it's really not THAT big of a factor when making a decision between seal fate and prep. What i mean is, if they fix the bug, it won't severly gimp seal fate builds.. they will be just as strong as ever.

I hope that wasn't too confusing or mundane (i have a tendancy to over-elaborate)
have fun

thx for the comment, one other thing im wondering is how useful is improved sap in raid scholo/strat/ubrs? I currently have improved sap, pretty useful for BRD but might not have such a hard time dropping it if there isnt a use for it in those raid instances. I heard there arent too many hunanoids in those.

there's plenty of humanoids in BRS, and certainly in BRD.

scholo and strath are mostly undead, however there's a couple parts where you'll be able to sap.

At the same time, mages can't poly undead either, so both mages and rogues are in the same boat in those two instances.
