I dont wanna be stupid here but i have a hard time reseting instance when i solo any trick? or what is the best way to do it?

Group with a guildie who's not doing that instance, head in, do what you want, (disband?), head out, (disband?), rejoin, rinse and repeat.

Close, but that will bug you so you cannot enter an instance for 30 minutes.

1. Group with a guildie while you are outside
2. Head in and do what you want
3. Exit the instance before leaving the group
4. Once outside, disband and then reform the group before going back in.

Even if you messed up a run, don't go back in without reforming your group and thus resetting the instance. I've had buggy things happen when I do that.
