Quick question, with the new 3/3 talented Thunder clap (+10% additional slow to a total of 20% attack speed slow -correct me if I'm wrong here-) will the 5/5 conqueror set bonus (+50% increased effect of TC) improve this slow even more ? And by how much?
20% + 10% = 30% slow?
or 10% +5% +10% from talents = 25%?
or will it not affect the slow even more and stay at 20?
