Whats the off-hand sword that matches Phantom Blade?

Hey all,

The other night I saw some NE Rogue carrying a Phantom Blade and some off hand sword that looked similar. Seeing as how I'll be making myself a Phantom Blade tonight (yay!), I was curious what the other weapon was so that I can farm for it. :)

I believe it is a quest item but it escapes me what the name is. Also I'm pretty sure its an Alliance only quest if I'm thinking of the same blade.

The guy was only 45 I think, so couldn't be the Crystal Sword. It is quite possible that it is an Alliance only quest... I've noticed that several times for identical quests they get different, cooler items than us (Scarlet Monestary they get a choice of dagger even).
