for pvp definately (right word?tt) not, there are often times were you have no swing timer, because the target blinks, gets bof while youre slowed etc and the 4% crit arent worth it.

Huh? Yea that what is it 4% attack speed is REALLY going to make the difference! Besides using that logic for the short period of time you are next to someone you would think you would want to hit them as hard as possible.
