castbar synchrony problem

I have nurfedhud but the casting bar isn't synchronized (sry for any grammatical english errors XD)...
for example I was using the heartstone and the addon's casting bar finished before the spell has really finished to cast...

Does this happen every time you use certain spells? Or is just a fluke here and there?

My suspicious would be it just happens every once in a while and it's caused by lag.

it happens every time because the casting bar use always the same speed ç_ç

So the bar moves at the same speed whether it's a 6 second spell or a 2 second spell cast?

Edit: Where did you get the HuD you're using? From the package at nurfedui.net or somewhere else like Cursed?
