Xpac, resto shaman, and 3 piece ten storms

after doing a little full resto healing in the lower level xpac instances, i would say with imp chain heal 3 piece ten storms becomes absolutely necassary even at 70 (also considering alot of instances, namely coilfang up really support chain heal) because of how much it really adds up (my normal rank 4 crits go for 2k then 2nd person is not not much lower); its like the 3 pc trans set with priest running with full t3 except on a more massive level.
