removing the second bar or..

I reformatted my PC and grabbed the UI again, and it was different, there was a button to add a second bar..I dont like this, I dont need the second bar, and even with it closed there is a huge gap between my stance selection and the first bar ;p

The small bags rock, but how can I remove the second bar?

in the char select screen there is a button called "addons" in the lower left corner, disable bottombar there or just delete the folder with bottombar.

disabling bottombar does not change anything but removing the extra row of buttons...
