I heard in Maraudon if you don't do the Pariah's quest, the Princess will drop the Seed of Life which you then have to turn in to a guy in Moonglade.

My questions are:
1. What do you get when you turn in the Seed?
2. Can you still do the Pariah's quest afterwards? If not, which one is better to do?

The seed of life requires you to run to moonglade to, which will certainly cost you one or two deaths unless you are a rogue (or doing something I am not, which includes nifty watching / speed potting / earthbind / stoneclaw totems)
