any shamans specced with this?
i'm only 44 and have it, but haven't found much use for it. in pve the mobs ALWAYS seems to take a break from whoever they are attacking just to kill the mana tide totem. it has never stayed for its full duration.
i can see it being better used in raids to help refill casters ... but won't they just have a chance to sit and drink up? i don't really know raids.
in pvp i can kill someone before mana is done ... i suppose if i was attacking 3 people at a time and needed some more boost it would help- that is if they don't attack it .
it is like 1000 mana at gm and really cheap to cast , but i really am tempted to go with elemental fury +100% crits and improved ghost wolf which i have been really noticing the lack of lately in pvp.
