Priest gear pre-raiding to replace with raiding

Hey guys, I need some advice.
Which of these parts should I replace with tier 1, and which not? When I look at it it should only be like 3 pieces max, but was wondering if this pre-mc gear set was really better than the MC pieces.
This is a nub question, but ye i'm new to priest.

Virtuous pieces are awesome, a ton of mp5 on them. At least get gloves + bracers.

Gloves of prophecy = T2 quality
Dont bother with shoulders, get ZG shoulders/belt/bracers.
Also try to get T2 head from onyxia, should be cake once you try a few times.
So I guess try to get perhaps the Boots, but get the gloves, they are imba.

Also get your priest epic staff.

Hijacking the thread for my own purpose ^^

What amount of spirit, intellect, mana/5 and +healing should one try to get before starting zg/mc etc and when how much +healing do I need to start downranking spells?

You can do MC and ZG naked. I'd get about 400+ healing before downscaling heal ranks.

Yeah well I want to start pressure my fellow priests in the guild to get some better gear so me and the CL came up with the idea to have some requirements for the other priests meet etc and since I'm not the worlds most experienced priest I have about no clue what to aim for pre-raiding.
