Question about spirit

Does anyone know the formula for spirit? as in +5 spirit = +? to your mana tick and +? to your health tick? Also does your regen rate cap per level? and would race/class factor change your regen rate at all (outside of racial bonuses)?

I want to say: 3 spi 1ma and 8spi 1hp. I am not 100% on that though.
Also I believe there is a soft cap at or around 300spi

30 spi is more or less 10 mp/tick. It seems a little funky though, with 300 spi I get 91 mana per tick.
