Mouseover - Effect

HI!

I like your program very much - what i dont like is the mouseover effect
when i move the mouse over an enemy/critter/npc/...
how can i switch off that this info box disappears and stays in the
lower right corner (like usual) ?

Yea I also did not like the mouse over effect that nurfed has, however, instead of putting the window in the lower right, how could I move it to the top center, right under my clock. I know you can do this in cosmos, and I was wondering if anyone knows if I would be able to do that. Thanks.
