When someone is targetting "you"

As far as the layouts are concerned, is there any way to change the border around the Nurfed_unit_mini frame (like some sort of highlight) whenever someone you have targetted, is targetting you? (I'm not sure if that came out right or not)

I'm not completely sure what you are looking for, but as I tank I always wanted some way to make sure I got some healers on me - couldnt find any addon wich supported this before I found; TargetCheck (http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-4805-1-targetcheck.html)
