Hmm... DoW vs Manslayer?

Does DoW win both PvP and PvE? I cant decide which to pick =(. (looking for over all better damage dealer as a sword spec MS)

DoW - .2 slower speed, 25 higher top end, 2 more AP, 8 stamina at the expense of only .75 crit

If you're only at the level where your choices are a zin'rokh or the AQ20 sword, you might as well just use strongholds full time for pvp. I know I do :(

Well....... i have flameguard's =). Some dude said id pull more damage with the manslayer.. but with doubt in that i made this post to re-assure myself.
