its important to note that while the clients are the same, the people with CB accounts will be segregated from the people using FP d/l's and people who sign up for the Open Beta, and this segregation will most likely continue thru the entire Open Beta. this is quote from Bliz:

actually you need to be a paying member of fileplanet.... and btw... it took me only an hour and a half to dl it.... get it from thunder bluff... best server i found :D
