ToT/ToTT - Changing Unit Frame Border - How?

Ive succeeded in changing the party/player/target frames border colors into what I desire, but these two are specifically giving me a fit. The code for these is mixed into the middle of the target section and Im having trouble figuring out what code I need to provide to change these 2 specific windows.

Any ideas or help?

The ToT/ToTT, as well as Party Pet are all based on the Nurfed_Mini template. If you want to edit what it looks like you have to edit the template, before the frame design section.
