After completing lower and upper blackrock about a zillion times, I've never run into this boss.
He drops a few nice items that many of us would like to grab, including a (gasp!) caster upgrade or two.
I'm beginning to think he is a (very) rare spawn. Which would make me very sad indeed. But I'm hoping instead he's just on some minor detour on the way up to Drak, and we just accidentally skip him every time we're there.
