OEB vs DoW (common but need explanation)

Yes im Asking, which does more damage?

Im pretty sure on Zin'Rokh.. but there is a small point of disagreement.

Zinrokh has
-295 top end
-72 AP
-28 Stam

OEB
-260 top end
-42 str (6 DPS and 84 AP)
- +8 to swords.

I thought OEB was blown out of the water since zinrokh naturally had a higher top end then you add the damage fromt he AP and have a nice 280 life from it. But after seeing the how +skill can raise damage its raised the question once again. Im not too sure on how much +skill helps but if someone could please explain why which one is better =(.(Had a guy tell me OEB was a better MS weapon)

And i am looking at a PvP point of view.

+weapon skill does next to nothing in PvP. Zin'Rokh is vastly superior to OEB for PvP purposes.

In PVE on the other hand it's debateable.

Zin'Rokh for pvp. Tons better.
For raid dps, I believe OEB holds the edge, from the +8weapon skill.

Also, sword spec procs (and windfury if I'm not mistaken) use non-normalized AP bonus (i.e. white damage). 3.8spd ftw.
